You can find out alot of information by going to the local city or county website.
The next thing you will do is look up the property value. Once you find out what is owed against the property go over to1 of the websites at and see what is owed.
After that you want to send the owner a yellow letter to see if they are interested in selling and at what price
If you can’t find sellers info you can order a skip tracing company to find the owner. You can either call or mail the owner.
So as you can see whether it be vacant apartments, vacant Land or a vacant and abandoned house the process always begins with doing property research to find out exactly what is going with the property
