If you are in the middle of a needed working done on your property and the contractor is just dragging their feet you MUST take the time to get rid of them. In order to find a solid contractor, goto your local real estate investment club, talk with an investor actually doing work, and ask who they are using. You can also find the most expensive apartment complex in town, contact the management company and ask them who they are using to rehab their property.
